Courtney Majors

Courtney began practicing yoga over ten years ago as a way to complement her dance training and mitigate the effects of running and cross-training workouts. She completed her RYT 200-hour certification at M Theory. Her classes focus on creating a unique experience through mindful vinyasa flows and connection to inner strength. Courtney always returns to the mat with a renewed appreciation for yoga and the mind-body connection she gets from her practice.
