27 Sep Avery Forbes
Avery began her yoga practice in 2013 as a way to mitigate the effects of training for a half marathon. What she found was a community of people who would change her life for the better. She found that yoga helped her in every area of her life, not just physically. She found out in a real way that “yoga is the practice of tolerating the consequences of being yourself” and that the awareness that vinyasa yoga brings to all aspects of life is the most beneficial part of the practice. Avery’s classes are fun flows paired with her favorite music, designed to help her students leave the outside world for a while and focus on their practice and their breath.
